Can I order single items?

Yes, you can. Although most of these pieces are light weight, you will need to consider the shipping cost. Bottom of line is the more items in your order the more you’ll save in shipping.

How long before you ship my order?

Processing time is 1 to 3 business days; we process all shipping between Monday to Friday. Orders placed later on Fridays will be processed on Mondays.

How long before I get my order?

Our standard shipping method is USPS’ priority mail. We can also ship according to your needs, depending on your location and the shipping method you select. Your product can get to you overnight if applicable, but if not other shipping method is arranged, it can take anywhere between 7 to 10 business days depending on your location. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the total package, the requested shipping service, and the destination.

Remember that shipping fees are never calculated based on the total cost or the number of items in the order.

Please check your local customs office for information on International shipping there might be additional taxes, customs fees or brokerage fees upon delivery. These fees are the costumer responsibility.

Can I get shipping cost estimate before placing an order?

Yes. You can also simply add the items to your cart. Once the address information is entered the shipping options with pricing will be shown.

If need to adjust my order. What do I do?

Please contact us by e-mail. Provide us with your order number, date of the order, and the items you are interested in adding or removing. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests if your order has not already been shipped. Additions or changes may delay the processing time.

What can cause delays on my order?

We do our best to handle every order in an expedite manner, once the order has been shipped out, we do not have any control during transit.

Delays might occur if an error is detected in your shipping address. We will not ship the order out until errors are corrected by you.

If your shipping address is different from your billing address, there may be shipping delays as well; a follow up notice to verify the shipping address might be send to you to prevent fraudulent activities.

Holidays can be cause for delay. Natural events occurrences such as storms or other natural disasters can also affect the shipping reaching you on time.

What happens if an item I ordered is found to be out of stock?

We do accept backorders. Items in back order will be shipped at a later date; you will be notified immediately if an item is no longer available.

How can I obtain coupons or coupons codes?

Promotions are e-mailed directly to our members, so sign up today! Also enclosed in your shipment you’ll received additional coupons for future sales and events.

Can I use more than one coupon on an order?

We only accept 1 coupon code per order.

Do you have a catalog?

All of our items can be found in this site with a picture, price, and description, a virtual catalog if you may, we do not have a mail catalog or hard cover catalog.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, submit your inquiry to us, we will forward you all necessary information to be approved. To be considered for a wholesale account attach a copy of your store business license, attach a store front photo and/or a URL address
