Return Policy

Inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered. If a package is damaged please contact us upon receiving of the shipment or within the first 24hrs, provide us a picture of the damage package, and keep all items in their original packages. Damaged items/shipments will be exchanged upon previous approval; no returns will be accepted without previous approval. We will send you a call tag to return the merchandise; once we have received here at our warehouse we will inform you of the new shipping.

Products that have been opened, used, will not be accepted for return. In rare occasions a customer will inform us that they open a product and the product is defective. In the event you receive defective merchandise, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with directions on how to contact the manufacturer for a replacement product or in some cases, we will ship you a replacement.
